Refund Policy

Overview

All of our products are eligible for return within 15 days of receipt of shipment and you can decide whether you prefer to receive a refund or an exchange for another item(s).

Please submit a return request by email and our Customer Service team will provide you with the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return parcel is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-4 of days.

Refund is offered for product(s) in unused condition and with original packaging from us, the shipping fee and 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, but if it is our fault, you get full refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

All of our products are eligible for exchange within 15 days of receipt of shipment and you can decide whether you prefer to receive a return or an exchange for another item(s).

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse address,

After submitting your return request, our Customer Service team will send you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and other return instructions.

Please do not return the order to the shipping address listed on the parcel or without requesting the RMA number first.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

About Cancelling

We can cancel the order for you minimal of charge if you contact us in time after your purchase.

1. For instock orders, please contact us within 8 hours after your payment finished.

2. For custom orders, please contact us within 24 hrs after your payment finished.

3. If you contact us within the specified time, we will only charge a 5% restocking fee. Overdue, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

4. Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to custom the hair extension.
